Cellists for Change is a purpose-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers young cellists to use their instruments for social impact.

Local Youth Scholarships

We provide comprehensive, equitable and inspiring music instruction to Black, Latine and Indigenous youth in the greater Boulder, Colorado area.

Growing Cello Repertoire

We commission new pieces that amplify and celebrate the voices of Composers of Color, women, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ artists.

Music Transcends Borders

We nurture a collaborative partnership with Escuela de Cuerdas, a school of music and artistic cultural center in the Western Highlands of Guatemala.
